The Journal's story: In the beginning he was like a knight in shining armor. He paid bills, we went on dates, and the you know what was amazing. He was extremely kind, respectful, and I honestly thought I had met the man of my dreams. 

And then it began. After love-bombing me, he devalued me, and discarded me, over and over again.

One evening while standing outside in my yard, an overwhelming feeling came over me and I stated F**K HIM. I wasn't yelling, I wasn't loud. I calmly said it, and then my life changed. I went from surviving to THRIVING. Then I created this journal. Inside, I put everything I learned, did, and answered to get to that space.
