The F Him Club
Leave Him.

HEALING, WITHOUT THE SUGAR

The F Him Club creates bold, guided recovery tools for women navigating narcissistic abuse, toxic relationships, trauma bonds, no contact, and the work of becoming themselves again. We speak to the anger, grief, confusion, attachment, and truth that traditional healing language sometimes cleans up too much.

The Sooner You Say F HIM, THE BETTER.

I DID NOT CREATE THIS BRAND FROM THE OUTSIDE LOOKING IN.

I spent nine years loving a narcissistic partner while slowly losing my confidence, relationships, peace, identity, and trust in myself.

Learning about narcissistic abuse helped me name what was happening, but information alone did not free me. I had to recognize the tactics in real time, loosen the hold they had on me, build my strength, and eventually choose the uncertainty of leaving over the certainty of continuing to disappear.

WE ARE NOT AGAINST LOVE.
WE ARE AGAINST LOSING YOURSELF TO KEEP IT.

We are against romanticizing emotional abuse, rewarding repeated harm with unlimited chances, pressuring survivors to forgive before they are safe, and teaching women to remain quiet so everyone else can remain comfortable.

BUILT WITH LIVED EXPERIENCE. REVIEWED WITH PROFESSIONAL CARE.

Frequently asked questions

Where should I begin?

Begin with Part I if you are still in the relationship, preparing to leave, or trying to understand what is happening.

Do I need to complete the journals in order?

The collection is intentionally progressive. Part I helps you leave, Part II helps you stay gone, and Part III helps you rebuild.

What is the discreet edition?

It is an unbranded, lash-coded version of Part I created for women who need greater privacy.

Is this therapy?

No. These journals are educational, guided self-reflection and planning tools designed to complement, not replace, professional care.

Is this only for diagnosed narcissistic abuse?

The reader does not need to diagnose another person to use the journals. The work focuses on repeated harmful patterns, their effects, and the reader’s next steps.
