Kiara Lasha Bennett is the author, founder, and original creator of The F Him Journal.
After experiencing narcissistic abuse firsthand, Kiara recognized the need for a journal that spoke honestly about the confusion, grief, self-doubt, and emotional recovery that can follow a toxic relationship.
She published The F Him Journal in November 2022 and later developed F Him Co. into a broader brand focused on helping women understand what happened, find the strength to leave, release the emotional weight of the relationship, and rebuild their lives.
Her work is rooted in one central belief: Healing is not about forgetting him. It is about remembering you.
