Before F Him Co. became a brand, it was my real fucking life.
I know what it feels like to love the wrong man, overlook the red flags, stay after the cheating, and slowly become someone I no longer recognized.
I know what it feels like to have your confidence destroyed, your dreams spoken against, and your mind manipulated until you begin questioning whether you can survive without the very person causing your pain.
I was not writing about something I studied from a distance.
I lived that shit.
My name is Kiara Lasha Bennett, and I am the author and founder of F Him Co.
I published the original F Him Journal in 2022 because I wanted to create the kind of journal I needed while healing: honest, direct, emotionally safe, and unafraid to say what women were already thinking.
I did not need another journal telling me to breathe, smile, and choose happiness.
I needed somewhere to tell the entire truth.
I needed help understanding what the fuck had happened to me.
I needed a place to process the anger, the embarrassment, the grief, the attachment, and the version of myself I lost while trying to love someone else.
So I created it.
FROM ONE JOURNAL TO A MOVEMENT
In 2023, I officially founded F Him Co. and transformed one brutally honest journal into a brand created for women healing from narcissistic, toxic, and emotionally damaging relationships.
The words F HIM were never meant to represent bitterness.
They represent the moment a woman finally says:
I have had enough.
Enough confusion.
Enough manipulation.
Enough accepting less than she deserves.
Enough begging for love that continues to hurt her.
F HIM is the decision to stop making him the center of the story and put yourself back where you belong.

What began as my personal story became part of thousands of other women’s healing journeys.
The signature F HIM Journal Collection has helped women understand toxic relationship cycles, forgive themselves for staying, rebuild their self-worth, commit to no contact, and begin creating lives that no longer revolve around the person who hurt them.
More than 20,000 copies of a single journal were sold organically, helping turn my pain into a purpose, and eventually into a business that generated more than half a million dollars in 14 months.
But the numbers are not the most important part.
The most important part is the woman who opened one of these journals feeling broken and closed it remembering who the fuck she was.
THIS BRAND IS PERSONAL
I did not create F Him Co. because I had everything figured out.
I created it while putting myself back together.
I went from losing myself inside a toxic relationship to rebuilding my confidence, creating financial independence, raising my son, becoming a successful author, and building the life I was once made to believe I could never have.
That is why these journals do not speak at you.
They sit in the shit with you.
They let you be angry. They let you admit what happened. They let you tell the truth without shame, and then they challenge you to do something with that truth.
Because healing is not always soft.
Sometimes healing looks like crying.
Sometimes it looks like blocking his number.
Sometimes it looks like forgiving yourself for staying.
